We would very much welcome participation by other scientists, from WIYN institutions and beyond, in this survey. There are a variety of quite different possible modes of participation, which are outlined below. Note that while some aspects of the observing strategy have been fixed, there is still considerable room to influence the overall structure of the survey. The observing strategy will be frozen shortly after the upcoming ODI Workshop.

Ways to participate include the following:

• Participate in an already identified project. To participate in a project, please contact the PI for that project
• Create another project. To explore this option, please contact the relevant area leader. For possible project extensions, please contact the Survey PI.
• Access the Survey Observing Queue. For more information, please contact the Survey PI.
