I am an Associate Professor in the Astronomy Department and Physics Department at Yale University. My research focuses on the origin and evolution of dwarf galaxies with the goal of using these objects to answer fundamental questions in astrophysics and cosmology. I use a mixture of observational methods to study the stars, gas and dark matter in these small galaxies. Please see my research group page for more details.
