Our Next Event

Regular STARRY meetings are at the Leitner Observatory on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month, and other meetings are scheduled as necessary.

However, Oct. 8 is the night of the David Levy lecture at the Peabody Museum at 7pm. Definitely plan to go to this talk instead of coming out for a meeting.

The next STARRY meeting will happen on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009, at 8pm. Anyone with an interest in recreational astronomy at Yale are welcome-- majors, non-majors, hominids, Martians, etc..

Agenda Items for Oct. 15 meeting:

-- STARLAB training at 7pm, for anyone who is interested
-- Putting together the 12" Dob
-- Using the SciDome planetarium projector
-- Using the 8" Reed telescope and 16" RC Telescope at LFO
