February:  Engineering for 2K IR Imager AMNH
March - July:  2K IR Imager, with the following interpolations:

      There will be 4 interpolated spectroscopy runs:

            Mar 10-13      (4 nights)
            Mar 24-28      (5 nights)
            May 04-09      (6 nights)
            May 31-Jun 05  (6 nights)
            Jul 26-31      (6 nights)

      for a total of 27 spectroscopic nights (see below for programs).

2K IR Imager Projects:

UDEL-05A-0001 (Gizis):  6 nights March/April (by mutual arrangement - 
                        need not be consecutive)
                        *6 nights x 1.2tax = 7.2 nights

YALE-05A-0015 (van Dokkum):  1/2 night by mutual arrangement
                             *1/2 night x 1.2tax = 0.6 nights

VANF-05A-0003 (Knop):  3 specific nights in April, coincident with 1.0m time

VANF-05A-0004 (Stassun):  0.5 hr/night x 90 nights after March 15
                          *45 hours x 1.2tax = 54 hours / 9hr/nt = 6 nights

UDEL-05A-0005 (Provencal/Shipman):  2 nights simultaneous w/ 0.9m in June 
                                    (during Schaefer run)

YALE-04A-0011 (Bauer):  7 nights scattered through Feb-Apr, restricted to 
                        the 1st half of the night (by mutual arrangement 
                        - need not be consecutive)
                        *7 nights x 1.2tax = 8.4 nights

CHILE-05A-0441 (Navarro):  2 nights scattered through semester 
                           (by mutual arrangement)
                           *2 nights x 1.2tax = 2.4 nights

NOAO-05A-0551 (Meech):  1st half July 3-6 (secondary time)

There will be 133 official 2K IR Imager nights.  The 2K IR programs 
listed above total 27 nights.  Those programs denominated in total hours 
(all except VANF-05A-0003/Knop and NOAO-05A-0551/Meech) will be taxed at 
a rate of 20%, thus a total of 6 nights tax makes the total 33 nights.  
This leaves 100 official nights for AMNH.
