   SMARTS SCHEDULE FOR 1.5M + RC SPEC: SEMESTER 2003A

NOAO has chosen to retain the telescope for the first 9 nights of the semester
(they'll be paying the appropriate costs), so we only start on Feb 10.  Also,
we need 3 nights in mid-semester for UV-flooding the chip.  Thus we are 
working with 169 nights.  Service observing is described in the accompanying
memo.  There are a number of unassigned nights, but they may be needed to
pay for service observing (see accompanying memo).  All service nights are 
in principle available for short (< 1 hr) TOO projects.
