SMARTS TIME ASSIGNMENTS FOR 1.3M + ANDICAM (SEMESTER 2003A) Total time available was counted as twilight-twilight - 1 hr (for observer's lunch) rounded to nearest 0.5 hr. Total was 1560 hours over the semester - at 8.5 hrs/night -> 183.5 nights. So we took that conversion factor between hours and nights. Note that there was some time unassigned - this is probably good, given that a significant fraction of the time is in TOOs, which might compete with each other. Such conflicts will be resolved, if necessary, in the priority order of the programs given below (note that the first 3 programs have equal priority). Nevertheless, some secondary programs can be accepted, subject to the following constraints: 1) no time is available in February 2) 1/2 hr/night maximum in March 3) 1 hr/night maximum April-July, and may be interrupted by primary TOOs.
