Poster Guidelines
The viewing and discussion of posters will take place during the coffee breaks at Luce Hall on Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27. We strongly encourage presenters to be available for questions in front of their poster during these times. Many very interesting new results will appear in these posters that would have been accepted as talks had there been more room in the program, so we invite all to view and discuss them.
There are no strict size or format guidelines for the posters; AAS or IAUS rules can be taken as good guidelines. They must be taken down by the end of the evening on Saturday. Participants will be asked to provide a PDF version of their poster as well as a one-page summary for inclusion in the record of the conference.
