Activities
If you have time, there are many exciting things to do around New Haven.
- The presence of Yale in New Haven allows for a plethora of museums, theater, fine dining and other culture. We recommend the Yale University Art Gallery, the Yale Center for British Art and the Peabody Museum, as well as just about anything else!
- If you like planes, or are interested in a different kind of museum experience, theNew England Air Museum near the Hartford (Bradley) Airport is amazing.
- There are many wonderful parks and hiking trails throughout the state and nearby. East Rock Park is an easy yet enjoyable hike in New Haven and Sleeping Giant in neighboring Hamden is a local favorite.
