ASTR 120: Galaxies and the Universe
ASTR 130: Life in the Universe
ASTR 170: Introduction to Cosmology

Research Interests

My interests are primarily focused on the supermassive black holes that reside in the center of all galaxies, as well as the role of AGN in understanding galaxy formation/evolution. More generally, I also have an interest in understanding and testing "Unified models" for explaining the AGN phenomenology (ie, Sy 1s, 2s, NLS1s, etc), as well as X-ray observations of AGN and normal galaxies.
