Frank van den Bosch
Associate Professor, Astronomy
Past Courses Taught
Astronomy 430/530: Galaxies
Research Interests
My main research topics are galaxy formation, large scale structure and cosmology. Using a combination of analytical, statistical and numerical tools I try to constrain the properties of dark matter and dark energy, which are believed to be the two main constituents of the Universe, and to build a consistent theory for the formation and evolution of galaxies.
