Subject: softball results

Hey everyone,
Here is a quick recap of the softball results from the softball game on
Monday.

FIS scored TEN runs in the first inning.  Pretty much after that, the
game just kind of dragged on for another 5 innings as their pitchers
struggled to find the plate (and our players largely refused to swing --
because we ended up playing a dopey three-strike rule at the other teams
insistence "to speed things up").  FIS ended up beating the somewhat
annoying Hard Drivers (ITS Med) by a final score of 18-4.

The victory brings FIS' record to 3-2 going on to a very long break.  The
next game will not be until July 10th (against Engineering).

Obviously, I'll send details before then.
