The games will be held on field C1 -- which is the nice ex-varsity field. For those who didn't get the directions from the last e-mail, here they are again: 1) Take Frontage Rd. (it's a few roads beyond Chapel in the Med School direction) West/North -- in the direction away from the interstates. 2) Frontage Road ends at an intersection where there's a field across the street. Go right at this intersection. 3) Take the first left onto Derby Ave. (another big intersection). 4) Drive to Center St. and take a right. It is the 2nd traffic light on Derby Rd. (I think). 5) Drive or walk into the first driveway on the left (there's a big horse stable next to it). You may be able to get away with parking inside, but usually it's simpler to park on the street. On rare occassions though, street parking is so crowded that you might have to walk a long way. Getting there early is the best way to avoid this! 6) After you've walked inside the gates the fields will be on your left. Field C1 is the closest. I will be wearing my red Phillies cap -- for those folks who don't know me -- so you shouldn't have to look around too much. I will be there at 11:00 in the morning. You don't have to come this early, but if you'd like to get some practice time in, I would recommend it. At the VERY LEAST, please try to get there by noon. Game time is 12:30, but, especially on the first day, we need to get organized, make introductions, etc. If you think you will need a ride, please call me by Saturday (or Sunday between 10:00 and 10:30 at the latest). My number is 624-9553. If you are planning on getting a ride from someone else, please make sure they will be in town that day. Alright! Now that the logistical stuff has been taken care of -- let's all get out there and have fun! I look forward to seeing everyone -- old-pros and rookies alike. Let's start off the season on the right foot with some big participation! See ya Sunday, Doug P.S. Don't forget to set your clocks ahead
