Hey everybody, On Sunday we get to take on that team I mentioned called The Weasels. Could anyone ask for a better team to take on in what surely will be an epic battle of good (us) versus evil (I mean, c'mon, "the Weasels")? So...the necessary information.... I will out on the field at 11:45, ready to practice with anyone who can get there early. It's nice to take advantage of the fact that we're the first game of the day by getting in some fielding and batting, don't you think? The game starts at 12:30. We can't count on them not having the necessary players at game time like last time, so we gotta get eight folks out their by 12:30 just to play. But then again, who am I talking to but the most dedicated players on the most dedicated softball team in the league! The game is on field SB3. That means the field that's way far away in the corner that we haven't played on yet. It's next to Derby Rd. Once again, if anybody needs a ride (make sure you check with the person you're planning on getting a ride with, if not me) please feel free to call (624-9553). Leave a message if I don't answer, because I don't usually keep my ringer on. Also, in case the weather's not looking good, feel free to call me before to check on whether everything's on (barring heavy rains, usually we try to play). Once again, great participation last time guys! Looking forward to getting outside and playing a little ball, Doug
